Interview Based 360's
We administer comprehensive interviews with feedback providers to gather detailed and meaningful feedback data. The result is a set of feedback supported by detailed understanding and examples. The completion of an interview based 360 degree feedback process answers the typical questions raised by the person under review:
- Why was that rating provided?
- What behaviour(s) were the raters referring to?
- Why was this situation perceived so differently from my own perception?
An interview based feedback process provides the participant with a more concrete understanding of how they impact others. This leads to more robust and sound development discussions with a greater degree of clarity. This in turn leads to the identification of more valid development strategies.
Survey Based 360's
This approach is focused on the collection of quantitative data by a web or paper based survey. Survey based approaches offer a cost and time effective option to gather feedback across a large number of participants, while still providing insightful information.
Questions raised from this approach by the participant under review can be addressed through additional activities such as development programs and coaching.
