Mark Bramwell is the founder and principal consultant of Bramwell Solutions. He has more than 10 years experience in designing and delivering organisation development initiatives.
Mark is a skilled trainer, facilitator, coach and performance feedback provider. He has extensive expertise in areas of interpersonal communications, organisation dynamics and survey methodologies. Mark’s passion for consulting is driven by a desire to assist individuals realise their potential, and to assist organisations maximise their performance.
Mark has a depth of experience, working closely with small business through to some of Australia’s leading Blue Chip organisations. He is a skilled communicator, able to engage employees from graduates through to senior executives.
Before launching Bramwell Solutions in 2007, Mark worked for some of Australia’s leading consulting organisations in consulting, senior consulting and leadership roles. This included managing a team responsible for the delivery of training and consulting services to the Victorian and Tasmanian markets.
His qualifications include:
- Master of Psychology (Organisational)
- Graduate Diploma of Applied Science – Professional Psychology
- Bachelor of Science (Human Movement and Psychology)
