Bramwell Employee Opinion Survey (BEOS)

Our 80 item employee opinion survey gathers information across constructs that assess areas critical to an organisation's success. These are areas that provide key insights into what it 'feels like to work around here'. Ratings are gathered using a 5-point rating scale ranging from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree.

Bramwell Organisational Effectiveness Model (BOEM)

Our Bramwell Organisational Effectiveness Model brings an additional level of analysis to the survey process. The four factors of the model are created from 20 key items drawn out from the main survey constructs. These four factors are used to further assess your organisation's effectiveness in areas crucial to the development of a highly engaged workforce and successful organisation.

Demographic Analysis

Information is reported and analysed for the organisation as a whole, and against demographic variables selected in the survey planning phase. Demographic analysis provides more comprehensive understanding of an organisation's dynamics specific to key cohorts. Demographic variables ideally suited to the analysis phase of the survey include office locations, role levels, role types and tenure length. Bramwell Solutions will provide expert advice to ensure the most suitable demographic variables are selected. Our detailed reporting against the selected demographic variables allows organisations to create targeted and specific strategies for improvement.
